Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Here I am again, throwing another delicious recipe at you which involves the use of the new Prana On Tribal Force protein. You might be starting to wonder if I am sponsored by them.. the answer is I WISH! But unfortunately not. The only reason I keep including it into recipes is because its bloody delicious! To all those who have tried it, I know you get me.

Anyway, back to the smoothie..

This smoothie is all about feeling good. It’s packed with mood-boosting ingredients like cherries, chia seeds, spirulina, cacao and almond milk.

Drink this feel good chocolate cherry smoothie to look after your brain and drift off to a happy, blissful place. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries (210 g)

  • 1/2 a small frozen banana (50 g)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (11 g)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (16 g)

  • 1 scoop Prana On Tribal Force protein powder in choc cherry coconut (30 g)

  • 1 tsp spirulina

  • handful of spinach or kale (40 g)

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (375 mL)

  • optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
