Digestive Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is one of my go-to breakfast smoothies. It’s digestive friendly thanks to the papaya and well, pretty much each ingredient in this delicious fresh smoothie! Pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, chia seeds and my favourite Cocobella Straight Up Coconut Water! I love adding coconut water to my smoothies. It adds that slight nutty flavour compared to just straight water.

  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen pineapple, chopped

  • 1 cup fresh papaya, including seeds

  • 1 kiwi, chopped

  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 cups Cocobella Straight Up Coconut Water


  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender.

  2. Blend on high until well combined and smooth. Add more or less water until desired consistency.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
