Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Who doesn't love a good bowl of oats?

This one is perfect for those mornings you just don't have the time. Prepare it the night before then grab and run. No excuses!

For the overnight oats:

  • 120g oats, 1 cup

  • 375ml almond milk, 1 1/2 cups

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or any other nut butter)

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional, if you like things less sweet leave this out or lessen the amount)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • Handful of raisins, about 40g

  • Pinch of salt

To serve

  • A dollop of natural yogurt (I use coconut yogurt)

  • Handful of chopped nuts

  • Another drizzle of peanut butter


  1. Place the almond milk, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, raisins, maple syrup and salt in a big bowl and give it all a good stir together. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight to enjoy in the morning!
