Chocolate Covered Salted Maca Caramel Bites

135g Soft Dates

75g Tahini

1 tsp Maca Powder

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

150g Dark Chocolate Chips (ensure vegan friendly)


  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until dough like consistency.

  • Roll into a cylinder, wrap in in glad wrap or recyclable wrap alternative and place into the freezer for 15 minutes.

  • Remove from freezer and cut them into half inch pieces. Place them back into the freezer.

  • Meanwhile, Melt down your chocolate.

  • Remove caramel pieces from the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate.

  • Add a small sprinkle of salt over each piece and place them back into the freezer until the chocolate hardens.

  • Enjoy!
