135g Soft Dates
1 tsp Maca Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
150g Dark Chocolate Chips (ensure vegan friendly)
Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until dough like consistency.
Roll into a cylinder, wrap in in glad wrap or recyclable wrap alternative and place into the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer and cut them into half inch pieces. Place them back into the freezer.
Meanwhile, Melt down your chocolate.
Remove caramel pieces from the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate.
Add a small sprinkle of salt over each piece and place them back into the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
